Meet Momofuku's Tamari. If you’re used to grocery store tamari, you’ve never had anything like this. This restaurant-grade version is made from organic ingredients and steeped with kombu (aka kelp) for 16 hours to unlock a world of depth and flavor. It's built on 10 years of flavor research at the Momofuku Culinary Lab, and they're available to home cooks for the first time ever. The result is a sharper, lighter flavor that's similar to soy sauce minus the gluten.
It's perfect in salad dressings, for dipping sashimi and sushi, and making your own version of gluten-free dumpling filling.
This product has a 24 month shelf life.
